Privacy Policy

1. Scope and roles

This Policy applies to FYRR websites, console, mobile applications, APIs, voice-command features, communications, and related services (the “Services”). When a customer organization submits information about its personnel, teams, recipients, and alerts, that organization generally determines why and how that information is used, and FYRR processes it on the organization’s behalf. For website visitors and direct account administration, FYRR may determine the purposes and means of processing.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Services; authenticate users; route and deliver alerts; show recipient and acknowledgement status; monitor device readiness and service performance; prevent abuse; support customers; maintain audit evidence; improve reliability; comply with law; and communicate about the Services.

4. Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting FYRR, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable. Customer organizations are responsible for establishing an appropriate basis for the personnel and recipient information they provide.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information to authorized members and administrators of your organization; recipients of alerts; vendors that help provide infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, mobile notifications, email, SMS, voice, payments, support, and security; professional advisers; and authorities or transaction parties when legally required or reasonably necessary. Current providers may include Cloudflare, Firebase/Google, Mailgun, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Expo, and our hosting providers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet customer instructions, preserve security and alert evidence, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention varies by data type, plan, configuration, and legal need. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to backups and legally required holds.

7. Security and critical-service limitations

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service, transmission, device, or storage system is completely secure. Alert delivery may be affected by networks, carriers, device power, operating-system restrictions, permissions, third-party outages, or user configuration. Customers must maintain independent emergency and escalation methods.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update certain profile and alarm settings in the Services. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. If FYRR processes your information for an organization, contact that organization first; we will assist it as required. You may also contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before acting.

9. International transfers

FYRR and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

10. Children

The Services are intended for organizations and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy as FYRR evolves. We will post the revised version and effective date. When an update materially affects console users, we may require renewed acknowledgement before further console use.
